Clifton Harrison is a strategic Markets Leader with more than two decades of experience leading global client-facing teams in professional services environments across the Big 4, Big Law, and New Law. In his role, he provides cutting-edge strategic advice to Managing Partners and business leaders covering client acquisition, strategic account management, pursuits, client feedback, campaigns, and marketing. Clifton is based in London but has a global remit to support key stakeholders worldwide.
Clifton’s approach is rooted in providing personal, collaborative, and commercial advice tailored to specific client challenges. He is recognized for bringing a dynamic approach to complex scenarios and enabling teams that he directs to create and strengthen relationships, drive and convert pipeline, and move quickly towards stated financial goals.
Before joining SHP Legal Services, Clifton was a Partner at EY, holding a hybrid role that spanned global markets and an EMEIA business unit leadership position. He also led teams at PWC, DWF, and Eversheds Sutherland. Clifton has operated at the bleeding edge of the legal sector for over a decade and brings global experience from a diverse range of strategic business leadership roles. Clifton is a multi-award-winning market leader in the legal profession, having been recognized by The Lawyer and The Financial Times for the impact he brought to the organizations he served.
